Deal match is a New York-based advisory firm specialising in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships within the marketing and creative agency sector. With nearly a decade of deal-making experience, the firm had built a reputation for high-touch, personalised transaction support but relied heavily on manual workflows, disconnected tools, and email-driven communication to manage complex multi-party deals. As deal volume grew and client expectations rose, the leadership recognised the need for a purpose-built digital platform that could match the sophistication of their advisory practice and scale their operations without adding headcount.
