AI-driven coding simulator & live interview environment

A browser-based coding simulator supporting 40+ programming languages, with real-time execution, test case validation, and AI-powered plagiarism detection. A dedicated live interview module enables interviewers and candidates to code collaboratively in real time, with structured evaluation rubrics, recording, and instant post-session scoring eliminating the need for any external tool.

Automated video assessment with AI scoring

An asynchronous video interview module that prompts candidates with structured questions and records their responses on demand. AI-powered analysis evaluates responses against configurable scoring criteria covering communication clarity, keyword relevance, and response structure delivering automated shortlisting recommendations and dramatically reducing HR review time.

Organisation-wide skill gap analytics dashboard

A real-time analytics layer that aggregates assessment data across individuals, teams, and business units surfacing skill gap heatmaps, department-level readiness scores, and trend analysis over time. Designed a microservices-based architecture capable of handling thousands of concurrent assessments with isolated execution environments for the coding simulator, independent scaling for the video module, and a shared analytics data layer.

UX & product design

Created distinct interface experiences for three user types candidates, hiring managers, and HR administrators each with workflows, dashboards, and navigation tailored to their specific role and goals within the platform.

Phased agile development

Built and shipped in four focused sprints skill library and adaptive engine first, followed by the coding simulator, then the video assessment module, and finally the analytics dashboard ensuring each module was production-ready before the next began.

Performance, security & compliance testing

Load tested the platform at 5000+ concurrent sessions, conducted penetration testing on all assessment environments, and validated data handling practices against Singapore's PDPA data privacy framework.

Enterprise onboarding & post-launch support
