We built a full browser-based document editor that accepts PDF and Word uploads and gives senders complete control over document preparation. A drag-and-drop field builder lets users place signature blocks, text fields, date fields, and checkboxes anywhere on any page. Smart field assignment allows each field to be mapped to a specific recipient in a single click, with mandatory field enforcement to prevent incomplete submissions. Auto-apply functionality propagates changes across all pages instantly, and version history ensures drafts are never lost. The editor handles the entire preparation workflow from raw upload to send-ready document without the user ever leaving the platform.
Branded Email Dispatch & Recipient-Side Signing Without Login
The signing request system was built around one core principle the recipient experience must be frictionless. Documents are dispatched via email with a unique, secure signing link. The entire email from sender name and logo to subject line and message body is fully customizable, so every signing request arrives looking like it came directly from the client's business rather than a third-party tool. Recipients click the link, sign using their preferred method (draw, type, or upload), and submit with automatic timestamps applied at every action. No account creation, no app download, no friction between receiving the request and completing the signature.
Signature Options & Legally Compliant Signing Infrastructure
Three signature input methods were built and integrated into the signing panel draw
(mouse or touch), type with polished signature fonts, and upload an existing signature image. All signed documents are secured with AES encryption, and every signing session generates a complete, tamper-evident audit log recording who signed, from which device and IP address, and the exact timestamp of every action. Signed documents are stored securely and available for instant download by the sender. The entire signing infrastructure was built to meet Australian legal standards for electronic signatures under the Electronic Transactions Act.
Real-Time Tracking Dashboard & Admin Control Panel
A comprehensive sender dashboard gives users live visibility into every document in their pipeline drafts, sent, in-progress, and completed with real-time status updates and live alerts the moment a recipient opens, signs, or declines a document. Full audit logs are accessible per document, and signed copies can be downloaded instantly upon completion. An admin panel gives account administrators visibility into all user activity, document status across the organisation, sender management controls including suspend and reactivate, and a billing overview giving businesses full operational control over their document workflows at the account level.
